¡¾Driving Experience¡¿
The steering is very responsive, going exactly where you point it, and it doesn't feel like a large vehicle to drive. The chassis is solidly built, handles bumpy roads very well with good filtering. The tuning leans towards comfort but still feels tight, and the steering wheel is light. After driving the Wenjie M9 for a while, when I went back to my Mercedes, the Mercedes steering felt really heavy.
¡¾Exterior, Interior & Space¡¿
The exterior, in my opinion, is understated yet°ÔÆø (dominant). I really like the Muyeqing color I chose; it feels very high-quality, and the star-patterned wheels I selected are also very satisfying. The interior does a decent job of creating a luxurious feel, and the Wangshuxing color is pleasant to look at. However, there's still room for improvement in some details¡ªcompared to my Mercedes, the fine craftsmanship is a bit lacking. The passenger space is very roomy; even when the first and second rows are adjusted for comfort, the third row is still comfortable to sit in. Among the six-seater vehicles I've seen, its performance is excellent. The trunk space is a bit small, not able to hold much luggage.
¡¾Intelligent Driving Experience¡¿
In terms of intelligence and intelligent driving, it's definitely among the top in new energy vehicles. I think Xiaoyi's voice control still has room for improvement; in this aspect, I feel Li Auto does a better job. The HarmonyOS system also has room for improvement, as some operational logics feel cumbersome to use. Overall performance is still very good.
¡¾Range Experience¡¿
Range is my least satisfied aspect of the Wenjie M9. It's no problem for city commuting, just about passable for short trips, but for long distances, I still think a fuel vehicle is better. Although Wenjie also uses an 800V platform, the charging speed is slower compared to other new energy vehicles; it seems the automaker has limited the charging power.
¡¾Purchasing Experience¡¿
I hadn't considered new energy vehicles when I was planning to change cars before; I was mainly looking at the BMW X5L and Land Rover Defender. By chance, I saw the Wenjie M9 while¹äÉ̳¡ (shopping in a mall) and had a very good overall impression, with high intelligent configurations. Later, I booked a test drive and was satisfied with the vehicle's handling and chassis during the test drive. Actually, my requirements for intelligent driving weren't high; the test drive vehicle didn't have the advanced intelligent driving features activated, but the sales manager kept introducing how powerful Huawei's intelligent driving was. After the test drive, I developed a different view of new energy vehicles. I discussed it with my wife, and since we have two children, we needed a six-seater vehicle for more convenient family outings, so we placed an order. The entire purchasing process was straightforward; we chose it because we thought it was suitable.
